Well i am finished with my running up here in British Columbia for a few weeks. I am tired and drained from being away from home and running on the road so much. I am soooo looking forward to coming home and getting my legs under me again. I have learnt a little lesson on my travels though; do not attempt a solid workout during two 10km road races, if anything do some light fartlek or pick-ups in a run during the week. I was tired when I woke this morning and after 5km, only travelling at 3min/km pace, I was buggered. Mustered up something near the end, but couldn't be bothered to kick to the finish.
