Officially Graduated!

Ok, so I have officially graduate with a Bacholer of Science & Education in Kinesiology (Exercise Science option). I am pretty happy that it is finally off my shoulders and now I can do other things without that hanging over my head. I was getting worried a few years ago that I might not be able to get it done.....but got my butt in gear and got back to Fayetteville, AR, and did it. YES, Adam, I am done mate!
Now for a big decision, do I go to Graduate School and coach track, or do I do something else for a year and then do it?
Ummmmm, still thinking about that one.......

Stuck in Dallas, TX

ok, so I'm coming home today, leaving my hotel in Victoria, BC @ 7:30am (9:30am CT). The bus-ferry-bus trip to Vancouer airport was without hitch, but then it went downhill fast.
Delayed out of Vancouver, and a 40-min taxi in Dallas made me miss my flight to XNA. Really looking forward all day in seeing Jennifer, but that will have to wait as I am stuck in a Holiday Inn until I fly tomorrow.......

T.C 10km

Well i am finished with my running up here in British Columbia for a few weeks. I am tired and drained from being away from home and running on the road so much. I am soooo looking forward to coming home and getting my legs under me again. I have learnt a little lesson on my travels though; do not attempt a solid workout during two 10km road races, if anything do some light fartlek or pick-ups in a run during the week. I was tired when I woke this morning and after 5km, only travelling at 3min/km pace, I was buggered. Mustered up something near the end, but couldn't be bothered to kick to the finish.

So I finally got this thing to work

Ok, so i finally got my post to come up. I was using Firefox, which is a great browser, but it had errors and wasn't working right. When I switched to Explorer to post the blogs it worked out fine. Ok, so the ball is rolling.....
Got a race in Victoria, BC tomorrow morning. Just local 10km and then home on the ferry to Vancouver for my flight to Fayetteville on monday morning. Am looking forward to getting home, back to normality and seeing Jennifer.
